Born in Istanbul in 1975, Mert Mildon represents a multi-layered business vision extending from maritime activities to industry. He completed high school at Istanbul Ortakoy Anatolian Maritime High School, Department of Marine Engineering, and graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Accounting.

Mildon stepped into business life at a young age with his family and began his professional career in 1997 as Vice Chairman of the Board at Miller Oto A.S. In 2000, he moved the group?s commercial activities from Gelibolu to Istanbul and founded the Miller Car Rental fleet, quickly gaining a strong position in the sector.

As a natural result of his maritime education and passion for the sea, he founded Canakkale?s first shipowner company in 2006. By launching his first ship named ?Turhan Mildon?, he entered the global maritime system and turned this journey into a story of loyalty by giving the ship his father?s name.

Today, the group led by Mert Mildon continues to create value in Turkey and around the world with nearly 30,000 employees.
